Can I Pick Up My New Painting or Print From the Studio?

If you are a local purchaser you can take advantage of complimentary delivery on purchases over $900 within 75km (not including ferry travel) or you can pick up your painting or print in person from my home studio in Nanaimo or arrange to pick up from Studio 3 in Qualicum Beach.

Purchasing Art From outside of Canada?

If you are purchasing a painting or print and it requires shipping outside of Canada please send me a message using the Contact form so I can provide a shipping quote. All applicable duties and taxes (import fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

My Favourite Painting Already Sold?

If the painting you had your heart set on has sold you still have some options! First it may be offered as a limited edition print on canvas or fine art paper so check the "Prints" page. Another option is to commission a painting of the same scene. Just remember no two paintings are ever identical so please expect your commissioned painting to be very similar but also unique.

Do You Do Commissions?

I accept a limited number of commissions every year. Prices are based on size, 50% of the price is required up front, the other 50% once the painting is completed. Please plan ahead if it is for a special event. You can expect an average of 12 weeks for completion (oil paintings take time to dry!) and additional time for delivery. If you are interested in having a painting commissioned please send me an email using the form on the Contact page.

What do I do if I Change My Mind?

I offer a 30 day return policy, no questions asked. The painting must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and it must be insured in case of loss or damage. Refund will be provided after receiving the returned artwork.

My Shipment Arrived Damaged What do I do?

Sometimes even the best shipping company has accidents. If your shipment arrives damaged please contact me right away. Always take pictures of the box BEFORE opening it if it appears damaged. After taking pictures, open the box to find out if there is damage to the actual artwork. There is  extra padding around the artwork so a rough looking outer box does not necessarily mean the art had been damaged. If the artwork or print has been damaged please photograph that as well and send all the pictures to me in your email so I can rectify the situation.
